Meek Mill went to the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas with his entourage, and was denied entrance. He was told by hotel security if he got out of the car he’d be arrested for trespassing.

Meek was reportedly there to hit up a club where DJ Mustard was performing. The Cosmopolitan says they have a “zero tolerance for discrimination” and that this was not a race issue.

They say they repeatedly told Meek that the club was full, and their fire code wouldn’t allow anyone else in. They say he was trying to get in anyway, and refused to leave.

But Meek says that’s a LIE. He Tweeted, quote, “They just really racist as hell…They telling black rappers they’re banned from properties they own without incident.”

He also tweeted a video captioned, “A few other hotels [are also] doing this to black entertainers because they don’t want too many blacks on their property! Vegas [is] notorious for this too, it’s not just me!!!!”

Meek’s lawyer went even further. He said, quote, “We have learned that the Cosmopolitan maintains a list of African American recording artists who should be denied access for no other reason than their culture and skin color.”

He’s threatening legal action.
